Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Our wheelchair dachshund Willie died unexpectedly. Zoey went the extra mile to treat our little guy with dignity. Willie was a big part of our family, and Zoey understood and was very compassionate. The day after we left Willie's remains with them, his ashes were returned to us in a beautiful box in a nice bag with tissue. They even saved some of his beautiful fur for us in a little bag when we asked. We were treated with compassion, and that is what makes them the best at what they do.
